Key Responsibilities Responsible for delivering manpower budget on approximately 100 branches Lead sourcing strategies while developing and maintaining partnerships with enablers like skill centres job fairs etc through online and offline employer branding activities Maintaining constant pipeline of freshers and fulfilling experience vacancies Ensure induction and deployment process as per company policy and existing SOPS Devise strategies to increase employee retention through seamless onboarding experience and employee connect at regional level Identify yearly training needs and implement yearly training plan to enhance employee capability Travel as and when required Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field a Masters degree in HR or relevant certification e g SHRM PHR is preferred Experience PG-MBA with 8 years in Human Resources in handling recruitment for retail financial services businesses in banks NBFCs small finance bank MFIs etc Experienced in high volume recruitment in financial space Previous experience in the microfinance banking or financial services industry is a plus Technical Skills Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems ATS job boards and social media recruitment tools Soft Skills Excellent communication skills strong interpersonal abilities and a results-oriented approach If interested please send updated resume on gareema awasthi cielhr com
