Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our organization in the role of HR Business Partner. This position will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to business leaders, driving organizational performance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and support a positive work environment.
- Support talent planning, internal mobility, and succession planning to meet workforce needs.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with labor laws and internal policies.
- Partner with business teams to implement organizational changes effectively and efficiently.
- Leverage data to generate insights and make informed HR decisions related to attrition, productivity, and engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 4-8 years of relevant HR experience. A strong background in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making is essential. Additionally, proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools is required.
