Job Title: Talent Development Specialist
Role OverviewThe purpose of this role is to enhance the effectiveness of HR processes by optimizing resource utilization and minimizing costs.
This will be achieved through collaboration with EDCs and HO to establish process discipline via monitoring and training.

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive employee lifecycle management, covering all aspects of HR for the EDC/Region. This includes partnering with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure optimum manpower availability within budgeted parameters.
The successful candidate will facilitate new hire assimilation through onboarding, orientation, and deployment as per structure and norms. They will also establish a communication channel to promote robust and transparent two-way communication between HR and employees, enhancing HR visibility and credibility in the EDC.
This role involves developing HR intelligence in the field, identifying undercurrents, and taking proactive measures to retain top performers and drive performance-oriented culture. The individual will continuously engage employees across locations through sustained employee engagement/CSR initiatives, R&R, and people connect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Championing people-related causes through grievance handling and manager/culture-related issues
- Driving HR initiatives in the EDC, including PMS and Training
- Partnering with business to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational/people needs
- Maintaining statutory and disciplinary compliance according to standing orders, COC, and disciplinary matrix
