    4. Identify top performers and implement strategies to retain them.
    5. Engage employees through various initiatives and encourage a performance-driven culture.
    6. Ensure statutory compliance and champion people-related causes.

  • Requirements:

    • A Graduate or MBA degree.
    • 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
    • Pleasant and smart interaction with business heads.
    • Organized planner with good team player skills.
    • Excellent people management skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
