Position Title: Manager Business Development

Location: Kandivali
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting to: Director Operations
Experience Required
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Business Development within the Aluminum Industry.
 - Proven track record in managing key accounts in the Surface Treatment & Anodizing sector.
 - Strong exposure to anodizing market segments, client acquisition, and business expansion.
 - In-depth knowledge of the aluminum industry value chain, standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
 
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets in the Anodizing segment.
 - Lead end-to-end sales initiatives and business development activities across India.
 - Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities through focused client engagement.
 - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and product supply.
 - Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
 
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market research and surveys in aluminum anodizing to map opportunities and assess trends.
 - Identify emerging applications in automotive, aerospace, architectural, and consumer electronics industries.
 - Develop sector-specific business strategies to penetrate targeted industries (OEMs, Aerospace, Architecture, Electronics).
 - Analyze competitor landscape in anodizing chemicals, processes, and equipment.
 - Formulate strategic plans for product portfolio expansion and long-term market growth
