About the Role

The Executive (Business Development) is a frontline, sales and target-driven role focused on expanding 7HNG's market presence across Northeast India. The role involves achieving revenue targets, driving adoption of First Mile solutions, and coordinating with partners including government departments for turnkey projects to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Generate leads, pitch solutions, and convert opportunities into clients/customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the governments sectors, government agencies and undertakings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the various corporate sectors.
  • Coordinate with government departments for turnkey projects.
  • Conduct field visits, product presentations, and demos across assigned districts.
  • Track sales pipeline, analyze market insights, and share reports with senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Preference will be given to someone who has a wide network in government sectors as well as MNCs.
  • Target- and result-oriented mindset with proven ability to deliver.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Northeast India. Candidates with a two-wheeler are preferred.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including government officials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
