Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive to lead and grow our Interiors & Value-Added Services Division. The role involves engaging with property owners, promoting NHOMES interior upgrade packages, and closing deals that enhance asset value and rental yield.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners from NHOMES' existing database and new leads.
- Pitch interior upgrade packages (starting at 35,000) and explain ROI (owner break-even in 1–2 years through increased rent).
- Coordinate with interior vendors, carpenters, and site teams for project execution.
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue using CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat engagement.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate, interior, furniture, or home improvement preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and value-based selling.
- Proficient in basic computer/phone tools for reporting and communication.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented.
What We Offer
