Business Development Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented freshers to join our Business Development team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients over the phone, explaining products or services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products or services.
- Understand client requirements and promote relevant solutions.
- Maintain and update the customer database on CRM tools.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Schedule appointments and forward qualified leads to senior executives.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and persuasive speaking manner.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Eligibility
- Any graduate or HS Pass
- Freshers welcome; training will be provided.
