Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer located in Guwahati. The Business Development Officer will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends to develop strategies, ensuring excellent customer service, and building strong client relationships. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and customer prospecting
- Strong Analytical Skills and a proven ability to analyze financial information
- Experience in Finance operations and knowledge of related financial products
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
- Customer Service expertise and a customer-first approach
- Ability to work on-site in Guwahati and contribute to achieving local targets
- Past experience in business development, sales, or finance is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in regional languages is a plus
