Stipend: ₹2,000–₹3,000 Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives (High Variable)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to help expand our customer base and strengthen guest relationships. The role involves engaging with potential guests, converting inquiries into bookings, building partnerships, and supporting daily business operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on startup and hospitality experience, sales exposure, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound guest inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
  • Conduct cold calling, office visits, and outreach to generate new leads.
  • Maintain excellent communication and follow-ups with guests before, during, and after stay.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing partnerships with corporates, travel agents, influencers, and event planners.
  • Track conversion numbers, outreach logs, and daily activity reports.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute ideas for improving guest experience.

Skills & Qualities Required:

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Confident speaking over phone and in-person.
  • Self-driven, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to handle responsibility and perform follow-ups without reminders.
  • Interest in hospitality, sales, or customer experience is a plus.
