
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating leads, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the resort's revenue growth.
- Represent the resort at networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to deliver seamless experiences to clients.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Passion for hospitality and customer service.
