- Order Projection for Self: Monthly Beneficiary: Sales Coordination & RSM

- Sales Pipeline Report: Weekly / Monthly Beneficiary: Sales Coordination & RSM
- Tenders Report: Monthly Beneficiary: Sales Coordination & RSM
- Architect Meeting Report: Monthly Beneficiary: Sales Coordination & RSM
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets of the assigned area through strategic planning, client visits, customer interactions, effective demonstrations, and strong relationship management.
- Prepare and share Pipeline Reports with RSM, highlighting upcoming business opportunities.
- Continuously scan the market to identify new business leads through builders, architects, fabricators, and active residential/commercial projects.
- Generate leads from internal team members and industry networks to expand business prospects.
- Conduct site visits to identify key decision-makers and build strong business relationships.
- Secure appointments with architects, builders, and fabricators; deliver effective product demonstrations to influence buying decisions.
- Handle customer queries efficiently, providing convincing rebuttals and highlighting company USPs.
- Coordinate with the Sales Coordination team for quotations and ensure timely submission to clients.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, ensuring conversions and closures.
- Conduct competitor analysis, track market trends, and effectively position company products as superior solutions.
- Maintain regular reports (Sales Pipeline, Orders, Architect Meetings, Tenders) as per set timelines for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in Building Materials / Construction industry).
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
