Finderbridge is looking for an experienced, people-driven, and strategic
Business & HR Manager
to join its leadership team. This hybrid role combines
business strategy, team management, and human resources leadership
, making it ideal for someone who can balance operational excellence with people empowerment.

You'll work closely with the Founder & CEO to manage daily business operations, lead cross-functional teams, implement efficient systems, and ensure the company continues to scale sustainably with the right talent and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company growth and revenue goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments — Travel Operations, Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and destination expansion strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial targets, and team performance metrics.
  • Streamline interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Lead business reviews, operational audits, and performance tracking meetings.
  • Represent Finderbridge in business collaborations, partner meetings, and tourism events.
  • Assist the CEO in investor discussions, strategic developments and initiatives.
  • Oversee team structure, roles, and responsibilities to align with business objectives.
  • Set clear goals, track progress, and drive a performance-oriented work culture.
  • Foster teamwork, transparency, and collaboration across all functions.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, feedback sessions, and skill development workshops.
  • Handle conflict resolution, ensure healthy team communication, and boost morale.
  • Identify high-potential employees and build internal leadership pipelines.
  • Ensure a balance between productivity, creativity, and employee well-being.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment — from workforce planning to onboarding and retention.
  • Design and implement HR policies, appraisal systems, and performance frameworks.
  • Build a strong employer brand and promote Finderbridge's culture across recruitment channels.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management — joining, training, appraisal, and exit.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set KRAs/KPIs, and manage team incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR documentation, and workplace policies.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and a people-first culture within the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
  • 4–10 years of proven experience in business management, HR, or operations — preferably in startups, tourism, or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HR tools, analytics, and collaboration platforms.
  • Financial understanding to manage budgets, targets, and reports.
