Business Development Manager

Business Development & Sales
- Identify and onboard new schools, colleges, training institutes, and partners for Robokidz programs and robotics labs.
- Promote Robokidz training modules, competitions, and workshops to schools, societies, clubs, and other organizations.
- Generate and convert leads into long-term partnerships with educational institutions and corporate clients.
- Meet sales targets for student enrollments, robotics kits, training programs, and camps.
- Negotiate agreements with schools and ensure smooth onboarding of programs.
Marketing & Outreach:-
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to build the Robokidz brand across schools, colleges, and communities.
- Organize and represent Robokidz in events, exhibitions, education fairs, and robotics competitions.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives (social media campaigns, emailers, online ads) to engage parents, students, and institutions.
- Create promotional material such as brochures, presentations, and videos aligned with Robokidz offerings.
Relationship Management:-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, education boards, and government bodies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (trainers, operations, technical) to deliver excellent client experience.
- Act as a point of contact for partners, ensuring consistent communication and timely delivery of commitments.
Reporting & Strategy:-
- Track business development pipeline and share regular progress reports with management.
- Gather feedback from clients, students, and partners to improve Robokidz programs.
- Research and analyze competitor activities and industry trends to recommend new opportunities.
Flexibility:-
- Willingness to work on weekends for events, workshops, competitions, or client meetings whenever required.
Key Skills:
- Proven EdTech or institutional B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools for reporting and automation.
Work Mode: Onsite, Pune (travel as required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
