Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field years of experience in Bancassurance sales, focusing on General Insurance. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Preferred Skills: - Experience in selling crop insurance products. - Knowledge of the agricultural sector. - Familiarity with insurance sales regulations in India. - Proactive approach to problem-solving.
