As a proactive and relationship-driven Closing Manager at a Channel Partner Firm, your role will involve managing and enhancing the post-lead conversion experience for clients. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong working relationship with developer sales teams to ensure client satisfaction, timely documentation, and successful closures of residential real estate deals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the key point of contact for clients from booking intent to final closure - Build and maintain long-term client relationships - Coordinate with developer sales teams for unit blocking and inventory updates - Ensure alignment with developers" processes and policies - Work with sourcing and site visit teams to ensure lead handover and client readiness **Qualifications Required:** - At least 3 years of experience in a real estate Channel Partner firm or developer setup in a closing/client-handling role in the Thane Market - Strong understanding of the sales cycle - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi - Ability to multitask and manage multiple client deals simultaneously - Confidence in dealing with both HNI clients and first-time homebuyers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital documentation In return for your contributions, the company offers a competitive salary with an attractive incentive structure, the opportunity to work with leading real estate brands, and a supportive and high-growth work culture.
