Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of Assistant Manager Inside Sales is located in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager Inside Sales will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and account management. Daily tasks include inside sales activities, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management
- Strong Sales abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
