About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and network-driven Channel Sourcing Team Leader to lead a team of channel sourcing managers and drive sales through an extensive ecosystem of brokers, IPCs, wealth managers, and private bankers. This role will focus on strengthening channel partnerships, expanding networks, and ensuring consistent high-quality lead flow for our

luxury residential projects in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of channel sourcing managers to achieve sourcing and sales contribution targets.

Set clear KPIs, track performance, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the team.

Channel Partner Development

Expand the network of top-performing brokers, wealth managers, and institutional partners targeting HNI/UHNI clientele.Design and execute partner engagement programs, training sessions, and incentive schemes to drive loyalty and productivity.

Ensure channel partners are fully aligned with project USPs, pricing, and brand positioning.

Business Growth & Revenue Contribution

Drive qualified lead generation through channel networks, ensuring strong contribution to project sales.

Collaborate with the sales closing team to ensure smooth handover of leads and maximize conversion.

Monitor channel partner ROI and optimize sourcing strategies for better

performance.

Market Intelligence & Networking

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging channel networks in Mumbai luxury real estate.

Represent the company at broker meets, luxury property showcases, and industry events to build brand visibility.

Cultivate strong personal relationships with key brokers and influencers to

secure premium clientele.

Collaboration & Compliance

Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and events with channel sourcing strategies.

Ensure all channel partner agreements, payouts, and RERA compliance requirements are followed. Provide regular reports, analytics, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/MBA with 8–14 years of experience in channel sales in luxury residential real estate.

Strong existing network of active brokers, IPCs, and wealth managers in Mumbai.

Proven experience in leading teams and delivering high-ticket transactions (₹5 Cr+).

Strong leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

In-depth understanding of luxury buyer behavior and Mumbai's high-end residential market.

Target-driven, strategic, and highly collaborative.
