Role & responsibilities

Channel Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to expand the company's reach in the residential and small C&I solar market, aligning with business goals and market trends.

Partner Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (e.g., dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, and local installers) to build a robust network across targeted regions.

Sales and Performance Management: Set sales targets for channel partners, monitor and review performance, and provide support to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and installation goals.

Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs for channel partners on product offerings, sales techniques, installation processes, and after-sales support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, addressing their concerns, providing incentives, and fostering long-term collaboration.

Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the residential and small C&I segments to adapt channel strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Branding and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide channel partners with promotional materials, branding guidelines, and lead-generation support.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all channel partners adhere to company standards, government regulations, and quality requirements for solar installations.

Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze channel performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Customer Experience: Work with partners to ensure seamless customer experiences, from lead generation to post-installation support, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, preferably in the renewable energy, solar, or related industry.
