Job Description:

We are looking for a driven Channel Sales Manager (TL Role) to expand and manage channel partner network. The role involves developing strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and agencies to drive sales, increase market share, and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners and brokers.
  • Build strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize sales.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions for channel partners.
  • Drive sales through channel partners to achieve assigned business targets.
  • Monitor partner performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for partner support.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and partner requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA with 7+years of experience in channel sales
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
