Key Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sourcing team to ensure each segment and project meets the sales target from channel partners.
  • Set and monitor targets for addition of channel partner database on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Oversee the smooth registration, training, certification, and brokerage disbursal processes for channel partners, ensuring team compliance and efficiency.
  • Drive revenue growth by encouraging high-performing channel partners and motivating non-performing ones through effective team coaching.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy investor database through strategic management of channel partners.
  • Ensure timely and regular communication of product and price updates to channel partners by coordinating with the team.
  • Plan and supervise the organization of channel-related events, allocating team resources effectively.
  • Leverage channel contacts and team efforts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches and launches.
  • Continuously improve the channel partner experience through team-led initiatives and feedback.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop the sourcing team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sourcing performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
