Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Channel Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners, generating sales through these partners, and providing top-notch customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and establishing connections with potential channel partners, managing partner accounts, ensuring smooth communication between partners and the internal team, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Channel Sales and managing relationships with Channel Partners
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Proven Customer Service abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the technology and PC industry is a plus
