Company Description

InvesQ Investment Managers PMS is an equity portfolio management firm that aims to achieve good risk-adjusted returns over the medium term by investing in a portfolio of 15-20 stocks. Our investment strategy is based on a combination of Quality, Growth, and Valuation parameters. Stocks included in the portfolio may be influenced by Top Down (Macro/sectoral tailwinds) or Bottom Up (internal company developments), promoting wealth creation. We maintain a balanced approach across sectors and market capitalizations, typically including a mix of large, mid, and small-cap stocks. We follow an independent model where clients retain control of their funds.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Channel Head. The Channel Head will be responsible for managing channel sales, developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, and leading the channel sales team. Daily tasks will include setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the Channel Head will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Team Management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Proven Sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services or investment management industry is a plus
