Head of Sales (Online & Offline)Role PurposeTo drive Eatopia's sales growth across all channels:Online (Amazon, Flipkart, Website, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)Offline (Modern Trade, General Trade, Institutional, and Alternate Channels).Responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing trade spend, and ensuring market expansionwith profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Strategy & PlanningBuild and execute annual and monthly Sales Operating Plan (AOP) for all channels. Define channel-wise and region-wise sales targets aligned with company goals.Develop a unified sales strategy integrating Online + Offline channels for seamless omnichannelpresence.Monitor key metrics: GMV, ROI, contribution margin, and trade spends.B. E-commerce & Quick CommerceManage key accounts: Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Swiggy Minis, BigBasket.Oversee P&L; for each platform including commissions, marketing spends, slotting, anddiscounting.Coordinate with the marketing team for platform campaigns, listings, reviews, and pricing strategy.Drive visibility initiatives, platform ads (AMS, DSP, Sponsored Ads), and high-ROI activations.C. Modern Trade & General TradeBuild and lead distribution network for Modern Trade (Reliance, Nature's Basket, Foodhall, etc.).Appoint regional distributors/super stockists and ensure secondary sales growth.Negotiate and manage listing, schemes, planograms, visibility, and promotions.Implement field sales structure with regional sales managers and merchandisers.D. Data, Operations & FinanceEnsure accurate reporting in ClickUp / Power BI dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthlyreviews.Partner with Finance to manage claims, deductions, pricing, and margin structures.Forecast demand and collaborate with Operations & Supply Chain for availability and dispatches.Drive process automation — from internal orders (IO) to GRNs, trade claims, and reconciliations.E. Team LeadershipBuild, coach, and lead the Sales team (Online KAMs, MT & GT Executives).Create incentive structures linked to sales growth, margin, and ROI.Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, NPD, and Operations.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly GMV achievement (n & % vs target)Channel-wise ROI on marketing spendNew product listing rate% sales contribution from new channelsTrade spend as % of net salesMargin contribution by channelCustomer retention & order frequency (Online)Profile RequirementsExperience: 8–12 years in FMCG sales, with strong exposure to both E-commerce & OfflineTrade.Education: MBA/PGDM (Sales/Marketing preferred).Skills: P&L; ownership, negotiation, analytics (Excel/Power BI), account management, leadership.Reporting To: CEO / Director.Interested candidates can send in their CV with the subject line "Head of Sales-Eatopia" on
