A Sales Head with computer hardware expertise leads B2C sales strategy,
manages client relationships, and drives revenue growth by leveraging deep
knowledge of IT hardware solutions.

Job Summary
The Sales Head IT Hardware is responsible for leading the sales team, developing
strategic plans, and driving business growth through the sale of computer hardware
products and solutions. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical
understanding of IT hardware, and proven experience in B2C sales.
Required Skills & Experience:
1) Proven Experience in handling a sales team and growing the sales of the said team. (5+ years of experience)
2) Intermediate knowledge about computer hardware, softwares and games. Advanced knowledge about the same will be a Plus.
3) Ability to grasp knowledge and learn new skills fast.
4) Fluent English, Hindi & Marathi. Knowing other languages is a plus. (For south, English, Hindi & Kanada)
5) Leadership skills to help push team members beyond their own potential while maintaining a healthy & competitive nature in the team.
6) Expertise in using a computer with a typing speed of 60 WPM or faster.
7) Ability to work long hours even on weekends if needed, depending upon the workload.
8) Ability to handle & resolve sales related client escallations effectively.
9) Superb convincing skills to help push sales of the recommended products.
10) Strong ability to follow company SOP with daily, weekly and monthly reporting
