We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead and scale our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing successful sales strategies, managing high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth across diverse markets. As Sales Head, you will be responsible for setting strategic sales goals, nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets. You should be a strong leader with excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement comprehensive sales plans that align with DigiTrand's growth objectives and market positioning.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities to accelerate revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively, develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.
