Role Description
We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Sales Head
for
CHROMA
, our HRMS product, to drive growth and expand our client base across India. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and establish long-term client relationships. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, market understanding, and strong execution to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
 strategic business development and sales plans
 to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and prioritize
 target market segments
 , industries, and potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads through
 networking, cold calling, email campaigns
 , and other outreach initiatives.
- Conduct
 market research and competitor analysis
 to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiators.
- Collaborate with
 marketing and product teams
 to create impactful sales presentations, proposals, and collateral.
- Lead
 sales negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures
 , ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain and grow relationships with
 C-level executives, CHROs, IT leaders, and decision-makers
 .
- Track and report on
 sales performance metrics, revenue forecasts, and pipeline progress
 .
- Contribute to the
 strategic direction
 of CHROMA's market expansion and product positioning.
Pre-requisites
- Strong understanding of the
 IT industry
 ,
 CIO/IT organization structures
 , and
 enterprise IT operations
 .
- Proven experience in
 SaaS product sales
 , preferably in the
 HRMS/HCM domain
 .
- Demonstrated success in
 achieving sales targets
 and expanding enterprise-level client relationships.
- Excellent
 communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 , with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Self-driven
 , proactive, and results-oriented approach to business development.
- Proficiency in
 Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
 for reporting and presentations.
- Exposure to
 CHRO organizations
 or HR domain clients will be a strong plus.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 9–12 years of relevant experience in
 SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise Product Sales
