Role Overview

The
Sales Head – Cloud
will be responsible for driving profitable growth within strategic accounts for our Cloud service line across all sectors. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for mass-market customers.
  • Identify and classify target accounts for
    Public Cloud
    (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Secure contracts for large-scale cloud migrations, managed services, IT infrastructure management, custom application hosting, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Drive
    profit planning
    and
    P&L management
    aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance against goals.
  • Oversee sales team activities and ensure achievement of planned results.
  • Create demand for defined cloud offerings across assigned territories.
  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate solutions effectively.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including
    CXO-level relationships
    .
  • Maintain strong technical competency in IT landscape and cloud computing.
  • Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
  • Apply sound commercial judgment and customer-centric approach to maximize opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities across the account portfolio.

Required Competencies & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    Minimum 15+ years in IT-Cloud sales, with proven success in selling enterprise solutions.
  • Track Record:
    Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with evidence of sound judgment.
  • Expertise in problem-solving and effective delegation of tasks.
  • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams; enforce accountability and foster collaboration.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills
