Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales (Closing) based in Mumbai/ Dubai . The key responsibilities include driving sales closings, managing high-value accounts, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The role demands hands-on leadership to optimize team performance, implement effective sales strategies, and maintain strong client relationships. The Head of Sales will also analyze sales data to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management experience, with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Effective Account Management skills, including maintaining and growing key client relationships
- Team Management expertise, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data and optimizing sales strategies
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strategic and goal-oriented approach
- Experience in the real estate sector is must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Worked in real estate market of Dubai.
