Role & responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Manage the executives calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, draft reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and meeting requests.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
3. Project & Task Management
- Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for executive decision-making.
4. Office & Team Support
- Coordinate with departments for seamless workflow and information sharing.
- Support event planning, conferences, and team activities.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 36 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a senior administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Industry Exposure: Prior experience in corporate, consulting, or service-oriented industries will be preferred.
