Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Executive to support project management operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist in project planning, tracking, reporting, and ensuring governance standards are maintained for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Coordination :

- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules, resource plans, and timelines.

- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

Monitoring & Reporting :

- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and metrics for project progress.

- Monitor project performance and highlight deviations from plans.

- Ensure compliance with PMO processes, templates, and standards.

Stakeholder Support :

- Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.

- Schedule and organize project meetings, workshops, and reviews.

- Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and change requests.

Risk & Issue Management :

- Track project risks and issues, escalate as needed, and follow up on mitigation actions.

- Support change management processes to assess impact of scope, schedule, or budget changes.

Tools & Methodologies :

- Work with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.

- Support both Agile and Waterfall project environments.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools.

- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- PMP / PRINCE2 / CAPM certification is a plus but not mandatory.
