Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PMO Lead/Executive Resource based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects and programs. Daily responsibilities include overseeing budgets, ensuring resource optimization, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and analyzing project performance against objectives. The PMO Lead will also support senior management in aligning project outcomes with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Program Management and Project Management expertise
  • Proven competence in Budgeting and resource allocation
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Advanced Analytical Skills for performance monitoring and problem-solving
  • Relevant experience in the semiconductor or technology domain is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
