About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Associate who can bring projects, acquire clients, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. This role is perfect for someone confident in pitching services, building relationships, and convincing clients about the value of AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (schools, study abroad firms, edtechs, universities).
- Pitch and explain AI-powered products and solutions clearly to decision-makers.
- Convert leads into successful business deals and long-term clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Support revenue growth and market expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills — must be able to convince and close clients.
- Self-driven and result-oriented — ability to bring projects independently.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (edtech/startup/AI exposure is a plus).
- Ability to work under minimal supervision with full ownership.
