Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with experience in the IT sector. This is a contractual, incentive-based role where you will play a key part in driving new business opportunities, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for service delivery.
  • Pitch Infonetix's staffing and recruitment services to potential clients.
  • Work on achieving targets linked to invoices raised to clients.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of staffing, recruitment, or IT services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
