**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Research & Curate**:

- Stay current with AI trends, tools, and advancements across diverse fields (LLMs, video/audio generation, finance, education, gaming, etc.).
- Gather timely, relevant information to produce fresh, compelling newsletter content each week.
- **Engaging Writing**:

- Craft clear, compelling newsletters for an audience ranging from AI beginners to tech-savvy professionals.
- Simplify complex AI topics for easy understanding.
- **Reader-Centric Approach**:

- Write with empathy—ensure the newsletter addresses the reader’s questions, interests, and pain points.
- **Content Planning**:

- Collaborate on an editorial schedule, propose timely and trending AI topics, and maintain consistent publication timelines.
- **Beehiiv Platform Management**:

- Draft, format, and schedule newsletters on Beehiiv, ensuring brand consistency in style and tone.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Participate in a one-week unpaid training period to align with our style guidelines, audience personas, and internal processes.

**Qualifications**
- **Proven Writing Experience-**Experience creating articles, blogs, or newsletters—ideally within technology or AI sectors.
- **Reader-Focused Storytelling** - Ability to simplify complex topics and tailor content to a broad readership.
- **Tech Savvy** - Comfortable using newsletter platforms (preferably Beehiiv) and basic SEO/keyword strategies.
- **Adaptability** - Willingness to pivot topics as AI evolves, ensuring content stays fresh and relevant.
- **Time Management** - Capable of meeting **weekly** deadlines and managing workflow independently.

**Additional Requirements**
- **Published Samples** - Provide previously published writing samples or links from platforms like **Medium, Substack, Reddit, Twitter, Quora, personal blogs**, or other relevant sites.
- **Original Content** - Must produce genuinely original work reflecting personal insights; plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
