About the role

The Digital Copywriter is responsible for the ideation and implementation of copy across a variety of digital channels and platforms.

Who you are:

- 3+ years experience in a copywriter role.
- Strong conceptual and craft skills.
- Extremely collaborative and team-oriented.
- Multitasker with the ability to adapt under tight deadlines.

What you will be doing:

- Telling stories across digital channels and campaigns.
- Translating business strategy into compelling copy
- Establishing a brand’s voice through creative execution
- Addressing diverse audiences with tailored ideas and content.
- Collaborating with designers, developers, strategists, clients and more.

Responsibilities can include:

- Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team
- Writing clear and compelling copy for ads, blogs, social media posts, and newsletters
- Understanding the message that the project presents and seeking to express and translating this into written content
- Familiarization with product, target audience, and competitor activities in the market
- Presenting initial ideas to strategy director and incorporating feedback
- Providing various copy options
- Modifying content until client is satisfied
- Writing copy to engage the reader
- Carrying out amendments to project specifications
- Adhering to the tone-of-voice requested by the client or project manager
- Working with SEO and google team to build innovative campaigns and optimized content
- Scheduling and posting content to platforms such as Wordpress, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Writing, English, Communications, History, Journalism, Marketing or a strong portfolio of past projects
- Experience writing, editing, researching, brand awareness or social media management
- Outstanding writing and proofreading skills
- Command of the English language and an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous copywriting experience of at least 3 years

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

- Remote: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
