**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation & Writing**:

- Write engaging articles, blogs, press releases, and corporate communication pieces.
- Develop creative ad copies, taglines, and promotional content.
- Create clear, concise, and persuasive copy tailored to different audiences.
- **Social Media Content & Ideation**:

- Conceptualize and script content for social media platforms (**Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube**).
- Work closely with the design/marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Ideate and adapt content strategies aligned with brand voice and trends.
- **Video Scripting**:

- Write scripts for **short formal videos**, ad films, corporate AVs, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure messaging consistency.
- **Corporate Communication**:

- Draft internal and external communications, announcements, and newsletters.
- Maintain brand tone across all communication channels.
- **Language Expertise**:

- Strong command over **English, Hindi, and Bengali**.
- Ability to read, write, and proofread in Bengali will be considered a **major plus**.

**Key Skills & Requirements**
- Proven experience in **copywriting, corporate communication, and content strategy**.
- Prior exposure to **real estate industry content** is highly desirable.
- Strong ideation and creative thinking ability.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in all three languages (**English, Hindi, Bengali**) preferred.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related fields**.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in **copywriting/content creation**.
