Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive direct-to-customer (D2C) sales and meet monthly/quarterly disbursement targets for school funding loans.
  • Source and manage DSTs (Direct Sales Teams) across the West region.
  • Train and guide DSTs on product features, documentation, and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with schools and education institutions for direct sourcing.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular MIS/reports to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in school funding, education loans, SME lending, or secured/unsecured loans.
  • Proven experience in D2C sales and DST team management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Deep understanding of the West India market, especially Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

Note: In Sales, we have a mandatory requirement to consider only those candidates who have strong DST connects and are currently earning good incentives.
