We are seeking a seasoned real estate sales leader to spearhead direct and retail sales operations across multiple zones. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing large, high-performing teams, and delivering a world-class customer experience. This role demands a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making, technology adoption, and on-ground field operations.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large sales teams to achieve and exceed zonal sales targets.
- Drive direct and retail sales strategies tailored for the real estate sector.
- Ensure seamless execution of sales processes, from lead generation to closure.
- Leverage data and technology to monitor performance, optimize conversions, and enhance customer experience.
- Build and sustain long-term customer relationships, ensuring service excellence.
- Implement robust training, performance management, and motivation frameworks to develop sales talent.
