Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Head, located in Mumbai & Jharkhand. The Zonal Head will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations within their designated zone, managing the team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role also includes maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring market trends, and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning
- Strong understanding of market analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a team
