Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Strategy

  • Develop and execute zonal loan business strategies in alignment with national goals.
  • Drive growth in loan disbursements across Business loan
  • Identify new markets and customer segments to expand loan penetration.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and manage a team of Regional/Area/Branch business Loan Managers.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure team productivity and motivation through regular engagement.

3. Credit & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor portfolio health, NPA levels, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with the credit and risk teams for timely and quality credit underwriting.

4. Operational Excellence

  • Ensure TAT (Turn-Around-Time) adherence for loan processing and disbursement.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through efficient service and grievance resolution.
  • Streamline processes and adopt technology for enhanced efficiency.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure full compliance with RBI, regulatory, and internal audit requirements.
  • Provide timely MIS and business updates to senior management.
  • Implement audit recommendations and close gaps proactively.
