About the Role :-

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and expand the Home Loan vertical within our real estate brokerage business. The candidate will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing in-house loan advisory team that works in tandem with the property sales team across multiple locations. The primary goal is to grow our mortgage business to ₹1000+ Cr annually by providing seamless and competitive financing solutions to property buyers.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • P&L Ownership: Lead the Home Loan division with complete ownership of business targets, driving ₹1000 Cr+ in disbursals annually.
  • Team Leadership & Scaling: Manage a team of home loan specialists aligned to various sales offices and builder tie-ups.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the real estate sales team to convert homebuyers into loan clients through bundled offerings.
  • Banking Partnerships: Develop strategic tie-ups with banks and NBFCs to ensure priority processing, better rates, and higher payout slabs.
  • Process & Efficiency: Streamline loan application processes, document collection, and turnaround time by leveraging technology and strong SOPs.
  • Client Advisory: Guide customers through home loan eligibility, product selection, and end-to-end loan processing with transparency.
  • Training & Compliance: Train loan officers on product updates, documentation, and compliance requirements. Monitor audits and risk controls.

Key Requirements:-

  • 10 years + of experience in home loans/mortgage distribution, preferably with a real estate brokerage, DSA, or financial institution.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large loan teams and scaling disbursal volumes across multiple regions.
  • Deep knowledge of home loan products, underwriting policies, eligibility, and compliance.
  • Existing network of relationships across banks/NBFCs.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination skills.
