Head – Demand Generation (HODG) is focused on ensuring the Demand Generation programs targeted at End users are conducted through the DG teams in branches as per plan, driving effectiveness and improving efficiency of investment in Field Marketing activities.

About the Role

The primary role of Head Demand Generation is to ensure the Demand Generation programs focused on target End users are conducted through the DG teams in branches as per plan and drive effectiveness and improve efficiency of investment in Field Marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development of DG planning – National level DG approach and DG budgets in co-ordination with the Category Head and CMO in line with the Business Strategy, business plans and active inputs from Zonal Heads, ZMDG TL (DG).
  • Ensure execution of plans as per DG budgets, address exceptions for closure.
  • Ensure development of Quarterly MDPs at a TL (DG) cluster level based on input from ZM/ BM / TL (DG).
  • Work with the Category Head / CMO to develop overall module by providing key inputs / feedback from Demand generation perspective.
  • Maintain all DG Content, meet SOPs, and operational guidelines in Centralised OneDrive folder.
  • Understand the End Users of the product line and develop meaningful segmentation.
  • Review Execution of Monthly DG Activities Vs Plan.
  • Review the actual DG spends v/s. Budget at TL (DG) Cluster level for User-related and Influencer related.
  • Ensure sourcing, processing of Feedback and development of Insights from End users / Influencers.
  • Constantly review, develop all IT enablement, and roll out IT systems including Loyalty program.
  • Training and development of the field teams – ZMDG, TL(DG) and FS.
