Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid social, paid search, email, webinars, events, and ABM programs — with a strong focus on driving measurable pipeline impact.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Own end-to-end webinar and virtual event coordination, including promotion, logistics, execution, and follow-up strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for industry event participation and targeted outbound outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with content, product, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals, messaging, and timing.
  • Build and manage email nurture workflows and outbound campaigns to engage cold prospects and move leads through the funnel.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Salesforce to drive optimization for conversion and ROI.
  • Partner with Sales to improve lead scoring, quality, and hand-off processes for MQLs and outbound-sourced leads.
  • Activate third-party platforms like G2 and other review sites to amplify social proof and generate inbound leads.
  • Implement SEO best practices on campaign landing pages and content to increase discoverability and organic traffic.
  • Experiment with prospecting, enrichment, and outbound automation tools to expand reach and accelerate pipeline generation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, customer journey, and campaign attribution.
  • Proficiency with tools including HubSpot, Google Ads/Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with sales intelligence and engagement tools, such as:
    • Currently using: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Lemlist
    • Experience with similar platforms is a plus: ZoomInfo, Apollo, Saleshandy, Klenty, Cognism, , , , LeadIQ, , 6sense, RocketReach, Clay, Unify
  • Experience with ABM platforms such as Terminus, Demandbase, or RollWorks is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills — able to derive actionable insights from data and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with a collaborative mindset.
