By handling all aspects of weddings without outsourcing, we ensure consistency and quality. We specialize in creating seamless and memorable experiences tailored to the unique needs of every client.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing event sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and understanding client requirements to provide tailored wedding solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating with the internal team, executing private events, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and communication. The Event Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
- Strong Sales and Communication skills
- Experience in planning and managing Private Events
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Event Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the wedding or events industry is an advantage
