Job Summary:

Frutta is looking for a talented and experienced Events Management Specialist / Events Associate / Lead Event Manager to oversee and execute corporate events, expos, sports events, and more. This role will involve managing end-to-end event logistics, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful and impactful events. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a passion for event management, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality events for corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth of Frutta's Event Management operations by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing business, and driving sales performance.
  • Responsible for the planning, implementation, and administration of corporate events, expos, sporting events, CSR.
  • Research and identify reputable vendors for Corporate event services.
  • Manage relationships with event vendors, ensuring seamless coordination, cost-effective procurement, and timely execution of event deliverables.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, advising on event logistics, and ensuring all client expectations are met.
  • Lead and motivate the event management team, ensuring all aspects of the event process are executed efficiently.
  • Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost control while delivering high-quality experiences. Provide regular reports and updates on event status and financials.
  • Oversee event operations on the day of the event, ensuring smooth execution, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a flawless experience for clients and attendees.
  • Ensure that Frutta's brand is consistently represented at all events, adhering to brand guidelines and creating memorable experiences for clients and attendees.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness in representing the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development,

event management, with a focus on corporate events, expos, sports events, and client/vendor management.
- Strong ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and quality.
- Proven experience in managing event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, vendors, and teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to operate under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and be available around the clock.
- Familiarity with the event management landscape in Bangalore and surrounding areas.
- Knowledge of event management software and tools.
