Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager located in Bengaluru. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various on ground activations & events. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. The role involves overseeing event staff, handling logistical and operational aspects, and providing post-event reports and analysis.

  • Budget Management and Vendor Coordination skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Problem-solving and Organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the event management industry is a plus
