About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Program (Event) Manager to design, lead, and deliver large-scale employee engagement initiatives. The role focuses on building a strong organizational culture through events, communication, and collaboration across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Major Employee Events: Plan and execute large-scale events such as Townhalls, Hackathons, All Hands, and Conferences that drive pride and engagement.
  • Drive Cultural Programs: Champion initiatives around learning, innovation, and cultural values through creative campaigns and collaborations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Finance, Facilities, and Workplace teams to ensure seamless operations and a superior employee experience.
  • Leadership Support: Work closely with the Site Leadership Team to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Branding & Communication: Manage event branding, internal marketing, and communication to build awareness and excitement across teams.

Required Skills & Capabilities

  • Program Management: Ability to design, organize, and execute large-scale employee programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strategic Thinking: Understand the big picture while creating sustainable and inclusive processes that improve engagement.
  • Leadership & Influence: Skilled at building consensus and driving results through collaborationinfluencing without authority is essential.
  • Planning & Execution: Strong operational and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor coordination.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
  • Empathy & Curiosity: Deep understanding of employee sentiment; ability to connect authentically across all organizational levels.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience in corporate communications, employer branding, or internal marketing.
  • Familiarity with event management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Trello, or Asana).
  • Prior experience supporting cross-site or global initiatives is a plus.
  • Creativity in designing engagement programs with measurable impact.
