Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Travel and Event Manager based in Bengaluru. The Corporate Travel and Event Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating corporate travel arrangements, managing event logistics, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of corporate events. The individual will also handle budgeting, invoicing, and monitoring travel and event expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in planning and coordinating corporate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Skills in managing event logistics and negotiating with vendors
  • Proficiency in budgeting, invoicing, and monitoring expenses
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
