Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented
Senior Sales Professional
with extensive experience in
event sales, MICE business development, client servicing, and strategic partnerships
. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across corporate and agency networks.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities within the
    MICE, Events, Travel, and Corporate sectors
    .
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects through networking, cold calling, and industry connections.
  • Pitch customized event solutions to corporate clients, agencies, and government organizations.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, transparency, and excellent service delivery.
  • Understand client objectives and provide creative, tailored proposals aligned with their brand goals.

3. Strategic Planning & Market Insights

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

4. Event & Project Collaboration

  • Work closely with the
    Production, Creative, and Operations teams
    to ensure proposals are feasible, cost-effective, and innovative.
  • Participate in event planning meetings to align client expectations with internal execution teams.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to operations while maintaining client engagement.

5. Financial Management

  • Negotiate budgets, pricing, and contracts to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Manage client accounts efficiently and follow up on timely payments and documentation.

6. Representation & Networking

  • Represent Beehive Event at
    industry forums, trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
    .
  • Promote the brand's presence through strong industry relationships and business alliances.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience
    in
    Sales/Business Development
    within
    MICE, Events, Travel, or Production sectors.
  • Strong network of corporate clients, DMCs, travel agencies, and event partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to create compelling proposals and customized client solutions.
  • Sound knowledge of event production, logistics, and budgeting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
